THE SHORT ANSWER
Every edition includes the same base game. Standard is the game alone; Eclipse adds digital reading and music extras; Day One adds physical packaging; Collector’s combines digital extras with physical collectibles.
The four editions at a glance
The main decision is whether you want the game itself, digital extras, or physical keepsakes. The publisher’s edition guide distinguishes these packages clearly. None changes the base campaign or grants an earlier release date.
Day One is a physical first-print edition, while Eclipse is built around digital extras. Collector’s includes the Eclipse digital package as well as its physical collection. Check the exact platform and regional retailer listing before ordering, because a bundle name alone does not tell you which platform you are buying.

Eclipse: the digital lore and soundtrack package
Eclipse is aimed at players who want to spend more time with the setting outside the game. Its world compendium, comic and soundtrack are digital items. They should not be confused with the physical hardcover compendium that belongs to Collector’s.
The official guide also describes an Eclipse upgrade path, so choosing Standard does not necessarily mean losing access to the digital extras forever. That can be useful if you want to decide how much you enjoy the world before buying supplementary material. Check the upgrade’s platform and contents in the store you use.
Day One and Collector’s: physical extras
Day One is the straightforward option for a physical game package with a Steelbook and world map. It is a first-print edition rather than a different campaign. It does not automatically include the digital Eclipse extras.
Collector’s is the larger physical bundle. The publisher specifies a 23 cm Coen figure made with PureArts, a 60-page hardcover compendium and a 33 × 40 cm map, alongside the Steelbook and digital extras. Limited availability does not mean every retailer still has stock; verify availability on the actual listing rather than relying on a generic “in stock” badge.
The preorder armor is an early unlock
The Sangoran Wayfarer’s Armor Set is described as a preorder early unlock. The same set can also be obtained later through gameplay. It is therefore not accurately described as an outfit that permanently disappears for everyone who does not preorder.
The edition guide does not turn that armor into a reason to claim an exclusive build advantage. Exact armor statistics, an acquisition route and its place in a ranked equipment list are separate questions. We do not assign those details without evidence.
A simple way to decide
Choose Standard if your priority is playing the full game. Consider Eclipse if the digital art, lore and soundtrack are extras you already know you want. Consider Day One for a physical copy with a Steelbook and map, or Collector’s if the figure and hardcover book are the part of the package you value.
Compare the final price, shipping, platform and included format at your retailer. This guide does not present a universal cheapest option because local prices and availability differ. The game itself is the same starting point in all four editions.

Is the preorder armor exclusive?

Does a more expensive edition include early access?
No. The publisher gives all four editions the same release date.
