Rebel Wolves’ final chart gives four output-resolution, preset and frame-rate targets rather than only a generic minimum and recommended pair. The developer account separately clarified that the chart is based on Balanced upscaling; PC Gamer’s transcription identifies the supported families as DLSS, FSR and XeSS.
Every tier lists 16 GB RAM, a 60 GB SSD, Windows 10 or later and DirectX 12. These are published targets, not our benchmarks, and the resolutions are output targets with upscaling enabled rather than promises of native rendering.

How to compare your PC
Write down your exact processor and graphics-card models before comparing the two columns. Then check system RAM and dedicated video memory separately: the 16 GB RAM requirement does not replace the GPU’s VRAM requirement. Finally, confirm that the drive you intend to install the game on is an SSD with enough free space.
If one component falls below the minimum column, matching the other components does not cancel that mismatch. If your hardware sits between the two tiers, the published list does not provide a reliable FPS prediction. Treat it as a compatibility reference and wait for measured results on a comparable setup before spending money on an upgrade.
SSD space is part of the requirement
The storage entry is 60 GB, with SSD explicitly required in the additional notes. A mechanical hard drive with enough capacity does not match the listed storage specification. The requirement also describes available installation space, not a promise about the size of every future patch.
Check free space on the actual installation drive, not just the total capacity of the computer. Keeping room for updates is a sensible preparation step, but no additional exact patch-space figure is stated here because the cited requirements do not supply one.
How to read the performance targets
The four rows are more useful than a vague “recommended” label, but they are still targets rather than independent frame-time tests. Balanced upscaling is part of the stated conditions, so do not use the table to promise the same FPS with upscaling disabled. The chart also does not publish a ray-tracing target.
A desktop GPU name does not establish equivalent laptop performance, and none of the rows certifies Steam Deck or another handheld. After launch, compare measurements from the same game build, scene, output resolution, preset and upscaling mode before deciding that a component needs replacement.
Does the PC version use Denuvo?
MP1st reported on July 19, 2026 that Rebel Wolves answered “no” when asked about Denuvo during an official Instagram Q&A. That is a reported developer answer, not a permanent Denuvo field on the publisher’s product specification, so this guide describes the provenance instead of presenting an uncited DRM label.
Do not turn “no Denuvo” into “DRM-free on every store.” Steam currently displays a third-party EULA notice, and storefront licensing or account requirements are separate questions. The absence of one anti-tamper product also does not, by itself, prove a particular performance result.
