The table converts that same moment into several common time zones. These are time-zone conversions of the developer’s announcement, not separate regional release promises. Your store account and the game client remain the place to check whether the download is ready.

Consoles: check the regional rule
The console schedule is midnight local time in most regions. The developer names two important exceptions: countries with multiple time zones, including Australia and Indonesia, use midnight in their capital city; North and South America use midnight EDT, New York time.
Do not apply the PC table to a PlayStation or Xbox purchase. For example, the Americas’ console release is tied to 00:00 EDT on September 3, rather than the earlier PC unlock. The announcement’s regional rules are more useful than a generic countdown that treats every platform as identical.
Why Steam can say September 2
The English US Steam listing displays September 2, while Bandai Namco’s product page advertises September 3. The developer’s global PC timing explains how both dates fit the launch: midnight CEST falls on the previous evening in the Americas. There is no need to assume the game was delayed or brought forward because of that date difference.
Use the actual unlock moment when arranging your first session. Storefront wording can be localized, and a date without a time zone does not identify a unique instant. This distinction also matters when comparing screenshots of different regional stores.
Before your first session
Check the platform and edition on your order, then review the storage and hardware requirements if you play on PC. The official PC listing calls for 60 GB of SSD space. On supported consoles, the 60 FPS-targeting Performance Mode arrives through the launch patch, so plan to install updates before judging the available modes.
The four editions contain the same core game and share the release date; buying a more expensive edition is not a route to early access. Preload availability is a separate question from unlock time, so use your own storefront’s download options rather than assuming every platform opens preloads together.
